I didnt see where the answer for # 2 was. Is there written a manual that goes with this course? .

Hi Mary-
The quiz section helps me emphasize and highlight some of the important points to remember about the practice. These are things stated in the videos verbally that I’d like for you to remember. Thanks for asking!

Hi Mary- I believe you have the AYP Manual that goes with this course already yes. The conversations in the videos addresses the “what to do” when working with Inversions. It’ very common for people to feel “woosey” and the quiz question at the end are designed to highlight the important things to remember about each section.
