Jen Healy is the creator of NXTLVL Health and founder of Zen Healyng & Healyng Technologies. For nearly three decades, she has been developing an integrated approach to human health, vitality, consciousness, and evolution—bridging science, spirituality, energy medicine, somatics, and transformational technologies.
With a Master’s in Electrical Engineering and Physics, her background brings a perspective rooted in systems thinking, design, and architecture to the human experience. Rather than viewing physical, mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual health as separate areas, her work examines the whole person as an interconnected living system—an approach she calls Zengineering.
The work
Her work integrates Quantum Healyng Technologies, Energy Medicine, Advanced Body Therapy, AYRx Suspension Therapy, conscious movement, meditation, nutrition and biohacking, regenerative therapeutics, hypnosis, Higher Self / Source connection, and embodied practices into one cohesive architecture for Optimal Health and Human Potential.
Her extensive body of work includes NXTLVL™, The HARMONIC Coding, Harmonetics, Higher Self Interface™, Embodied Leadership Engineering™, AYRx Yoga Swings, Suspended Somatics Therapy, Quantum Healyng | Soul Sessions, and Source Speaks Transmissions. NXTLVL is the organizing framework for this integrated work; AYRx offers a tool and practice environment, and Suspended Somatics Therapy is a methodology within it.
