Wellness Package to Boost the Immune System


When winter months require a more robust immune system, it is super important to give it the extra help it needs.

I have as a staple a couple of products to keep on hand.

When you feel a cold or flu coming on, it’s time to super dose the body with these staples PLUS take either homeopathic, western or Chinese herbs to help the body recover quickly.

I have found these supplements will cut my recovery time in half plus support the body’s optimal function to reduce further problems from forming.  Of course eating well and more rest is mandatory during times of illness too.
