AerialYogaPlay – ONLINE BASIC CERTIFICATION
In this online training program, there is something for everyone. All ages and experience levels welcome. Whether your goal is to teach classes, offer private sessions, or improve your own practice, you will enjoy this new online training platform.
In this 6 unit Basic Training Course, you will learn how to teach a beginner level class (restorative & therapeutic) which can be completed at your own pace, in your own time.

Here’s a little Q&A about the online training.
I would like to know a little more about your Online BASIC Training.
Q: Once I pay the fees, is all material going to be available for download?
A: All the materials are accessed through my website at http://www.ayrx.online
When you purchase the course, you receive unlimited access to the materials through your login to the course.
The AYP E-Manual is available for purchase (separately) for download with all 3 levels of training AND all the videos links to YouTube for access to the extension list of training videos:

Q: Does it include videos or just pdfs with photos?
A: There are over 15 videos for the BASIC training included in the course- they are embedded into the teachings along with pictures and description. This online certification course is primarily a video based training.
Q: Also, Once I get all the training done. how can I get the certification so I can start teaching?
A: Once you’ve completed the 6 units AND submitted your completion exam, I will email you a certificate of completion.
Q: Do you recommend a specific hammock for classes?
A: It is strongly recommended to use the AYRx Yoga Swing in order to complete this certification. Many of the names and sequences I have created for the program can only be done in the specially design Yoga Swing (not hammock) I’ve made since they are made of a special very comfortable and stretchy material and include leg loops and Hand holds that are different from other equipment.

A: I am the designer and creator of the AYRx Yoga Swing. These high quality, deluxe swings are made locally in San Francisco.

Q: I live in another state, and I would love to take the training there, but It is really too far from me.
A: I hope one day we can train in person together. For now, the online training is a great way to get started. When completed, you will be ready to teach a beginner level one hour AerialYogaPlay class with a BASIC training certification.
It is required to take the Intermediate and Advanced levels in person when you are ready to continue your education.
I offer teacher trainings all over the west coast, east coast and hawaii as well as destination retreat trainings all over the world.

I have an aerial swing without the arms and legs holders, my question is, can i still joint this online certification training???

Hi! If you use a different piece of equipment, you will not be able to do all the exercises. The leg loops and hand holds are necessary to get certified in the style of AerialYogaPlay.

Hi : I have a studio already supplied with hammocks, not swings. I am an experienced yoga teacher and I’m wondering if you think I can adapt easily. As you know it is quite an expense to change out 12 new hammocks! Debra Ricker
