AYRx Yoga Swing combines the benefits of flexibility, strength, and balance found in traditional yoga with the unique conditioning of suspension therapeutix.

The AerialYogaPlay (AYP) & AYRx programs teach you how to use the swing properly for maximum safety and effectiveness while having fun! It’s similar to aerial yoga, pilates, suspended resistance training (TRX), and aerial dance all rolled into one deeply transformative experience. Open~Align~Release is our mantra.

Physical therapists and trainers have told us that they are discovering that AYRx Swings could be one of the most effective tools they have ever used.  The ability to suspend the body provides a unique advantage in rehabilitation creating one of the most beneficial ways of using gravity to accelerate healing better than traditional “table” approaches.

It is made of a wonderful stretchy sweatshirt material for comfort with reinforced webbing ends for easy attachment & strength. You can use the AYRx Yoga Swing by itself, or purchase the full accessory set for versatility in your suspended fitness experience.

The AYRx Yoga Swing is made in the USA and is 100% recyclable. It is machine washable for easy cleaning. The Yoga Swings are made of a wonderful stretchy material (cotton/spandex blend) tested to withstand weights exceeding 400 lbs. or 180 kg. The ends are reinforced with industrial strength sewing and webbing to ensure durability and easy hanging.

AYRx Yoga Swings are developed and manufactured locally in San Francisco by a respected designing firm. We are proud of our local connection, and we pay meticulous attention to detail when making our products. We hope you’ll feel the care and love in it, too, when you fly!

  All sales are final on purchases.  Do not puncture the material with sharp objects (jewelry, pocket knives, high heels, etc.), it will rip and is not covered under warranty!

  Handle this equipment with the utmost of care.  Do not exceed max. weight limit.  Wash with cold water, and tumble dry on low heat.  ONLY ONE PERSON AT A TIME IN THE SWING.
