AYRx YOGA SWING

The AYRx Yoga Swing Set includes a large stretchy swing (or hammock), 2 leg loops, 2 hand holds, 4 carabiners, two daisy chains to adjust the height of your fitness set from near the ground or flying high, and a carry bag.

It is made of a wonderful stretchy sweatshirt material with padding for strength and comfort. You can use the Aerial Yoga Swing set all together or individually for a versatile suspended fitness experience!

The AYRx Yoga Swing set is made in the USA and is 100% recyclable. It is machine washable for easy cleaning. The Yoga Swings are made of a wonderful stretchy material (cotton/spandex blend) tested to withstand weights exceeding 400 lbs. or 180 kg. All pieces are reinforced with webbing to enable strength and comfort. You can use the AYRx Swing set all together or individually for a versatile suspended fitness experience!

PLAYING CARDS

This unique 54 card deck of poses, inspiration, and information for the Aerial Yoga Play program consists of 4 different suits and 2 “jokers.”  Each suit of the deck has 13 playing cards related to the topic of choice.  Half the deck is dedicated to poses for the Therapeutic/Restorative practice (CLUBS & HEARTS), and the other two sections are dedicated to Inversions/Dynamic movements (DIAMONDS & STARS).  Each deck comes wrapped in a clear carrying case.

HEARTS are 13 cards for backbends and heart-opening poses.

CLUBS are 13 cards for back, legs, and hips.

DIAMONDS are 13 cards dedicated to inversions.

STARS are 13 cards for dynamic and more advanced movements.

The “playing” cards are designed to pair well with the new AYRx manual which is available for fuller descriptions and details on variations/alignment principles.

2 MANUALS

The AYP (AerialYogaPlay) Manual is 80 pages of practice, poses, and videos to learn the Basics, Intermediate, and Advanced AYP program.

The NEW AYRx Manual is 200 pages of awesomeness!  The manual has been dramatically improved with easy to understand templates, fuller explanations for alignment and variations, visually depicted body pages, and greater organization to find the poses and information easefully.
