The AYRx Suspension Swing system combines the benefits of flexibility, strength, and balance found in traditional yoga with the unique conditioning of suspension therapeutix.

The AerialYogaPlay (AYP) & AYRx programs teach you how to use the swing properly for maximum safety and effectiveness while having fun! It’s similar to aerial yoga, pilates, suspended resistance training (TRX), and aerial dance all rolled into one deeply transformative experience. Open~Align~Release is our mantra.

Physical therapists and trainers have told us that they are discovering that AYRx Swings could be one of the most effective tools they have ever used.  The ability to suspend the body provides a unique advantage in rehabilitation creating one of the most beneficial ways of using gravity to accelerate healing better than traditional “table” approaches.

The AYRx Yoga Swing Set includes a large stretchy swing (not a hammock), 2 leg loops, 2 hand holds, 4 carabiners, two daisy chains to adjust the height of your fitness set from near the ground or flying high, and a carry bag. Choose from Charcoal, Light Gray, Sandstone Tan, Ruby Red, Midnight Blue, Ocean Blue, and Vibrant Purple!

The AYRx Swing set is made in the USA and is 100% recyclable. It is machine washable for easy cleaning. The Suspension Swings are made of a wonderful stretchy material (cotton/spandex blend) tested to withstand weights exceeding 400 lbs. or 180 kg. All pieces are reinforced with webbing to enable strength and comfort. You can use the AYRx Swing set all together or individually for a versatile suspended fitness experience!

  All sales are final on purchases.  Do not puncture the material with sharp objects (jewelry, pocket knives, high heels, etc.), it will rip and is not covered under warranty!

  Handle this equipment with the utmost of care.  Do not exceed max. weight limit.  Wash with cold water, and tumble dry on low heat.  ONLY ONE PERSON AT A TIME IN THE SWING.
