I am a mom of 2 boys, a flying trapeze artist, dancer, and certified Aerial Yoga Play instructor for beginners to advanced students. I love to help others explore ways to stay healthy, fit, and fulfill their need for fun and play. I teach small classes and offer one on one instruction.
